Not everyone is capable or willing to do the work to be on the top. It requires digging deep within yourself, confronting your shadows and demons, and doing the necessary work to transform them.

And this is what sets people on the top apart from others. Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant did something others did not do or were not willing or capable to do. They worked as hard as nobody else did and they discovered something within themselves that remains locked for many.
